25g of Tie Guan Yin This oolong of GanDe area in Anxi county offers a balanced cup with a light amber hue. The texture is silky-smooth and the refreshing taste lingers in the mouth long after the last cup. Tie Guan Yin teas are slightly less fermented than regular Oolongs and as a result have a lot of properties similar to green teas.

25g of First-Grade Tie Guan Yin This oolong of ChangKen area in Anxi county offers a balanced cup with a light jade-green hue. This area's high grade teas are well known for a certain lightness and quality. This premium Spring tea is much richer than most Tie Guan Yin teas and produces a fine liquor with a very light emerald colour and a taste that follows all the way to the back of your tongue. The Guan Yin King essence is reproduced infusion after infusion especially when brewed gongfu style. The highlight of this XiPing Anxi picking is the unique sweetness that develops in the floral undertones of the tea.
