Use one art tea blossom per glass of near-boiling water. Place the blossom in the cup and then pour on the water. Drink from the same glass or decant the liquid once the blossoming has finished and the colour has started to change (usually it is ready the moment the water feels safe to drink!). Pour in new boiling water gently again to re-infuse the tea blossom.
