The name Tieluohan means 'Iron Warrior Monk', a tribute to the richness and strength that this tea offers. Tieluohan comes from Wuyi Mountain region of Northern Fujian in China, which is renowned for producing some of the best Oolong teas in the world. This tea is strong yet refreshing and has a lasting aftertaste along with a floral fragrance; which bares some similarity to Da Hong Pao. Both teas are among the top 4 famous teas produced in the WuYi mountain region. However, the taste of this Tieluohan fills your whole mouth and then uniquely lingers along your sweet tooth.
