Really lovely, straighforward Shui Xian that delivers a powerful tea drinking experience. Carefully roasted, so the delicacy of the tea really emerges. Highly recommended.

Produces a tea with a strong flavour that combines floral notes (orchids?) and sweet toffee. Very nice.
