Shui Jin Gui very charactaristic Wuyi Oolong tea, whose name literally means Golden Marine Turtle. The meaning can be derived from several mythical tales, one of which does include a turtle god that transforms into a tea tree. When steeped Shui Jin Gui turns a lighter green-amber color than most other Wuyi mountain oolong teas. It is also one of the four famous bushes of the Wuyi region, referred to as a Si Da Ming Cong. |
