This high-grade green tea has been gently tied together and lightly dried shortly after cultivation. The fine white hairs can be seen all over each leaf, indicating its freshness and quality. Once the ball of green tea is met with boiling water the leaves slowly blossom to reveal delicate yellow marigold petals from which a long series of jasmine flowers projects upwards. The resulting tea is refreshing and delicate in jasmine-green tea flavour. A glass can be used to re-infuse the blossoming tea leaves several times before the flavour runs out.
