We understand how difficult it can be to get good quality and fresh tea in America and Europe. Our teas are guaranteed fresh. If you are not satisfied with our merchandise, you may return it for a full refund or exchange by simply e-mailing us within 3 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not included in the guarantee unless they are the result of our error. Returns are processed upon receiving the complete product back at our returns address. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
3 Easy Steps to Return/Exchange Teas.
- Email Customer Service (email@example.com) to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA #)
- Include a copy of you order receipt (order confirmation email) clearly writing the RA # on it.
- Send the items in to:

*Items returned without an RA # can be refused or delayed the refund/exchange process.
**Note: orders that qualified for free shipping are refunded minus the base $3.95.
***IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials, including gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items (e.g. a gift card), may be deducted from the total credit amount.
Refunds will be processed with the original method of payment. For purchases made with a credit card, the same card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 2 to 3 business days of us receiving and verifying the returned merchandise. For purchases made with a gift card, if the original was discarded, a new gift card will be issued for the refund amount.
