Our new Rou Gui tea is an unusual one compared to previous versions. Usually we work with darker roasted versions, since that seems to show the cinnamon characteristics inherent in Rou Gui more so than in a light-fragrant roasted tea such as this one. But the possibility of combining a lighter Wuyi Mountain tea such as this one with a creamy and delicate peach flavour is simply something that must be done! The combination of the light oolong and the fruity peach makes for a refreshing drink that should impress when made both hot or cold.
