This high-grade green tea has been gently tied together and lightly dried shortly after cultivation. The fine white hairs can be seen all over each leaf, indicating its freshness and quality. Once the ball of green tea is met with near-boiling water the leaves slowly blossom open and reveal a globe amaranth sitting atop yellow marigold petals with a triplet of jasmine flowers rising above. The resulting tea is refreshing and delicate in flavour. A glass can be used to re-infuse the blossoming tea leaves several times before the flavour runs out.
