This Gui Fei oolong, a rolled subset of Dong Fang Mei Ren (Oriental Beauty) was among this year's gold winning oolongs. While not cheap, a small teaspoon does in fact go a long way, and we can be certain that any fans of this grade of oolong out there would be pleasantly surprised at the delicate layers of aroma and flavours that slowly reveal themselves through several dozen infusions.
