This high-grade green tea has been gently tied together and lightly dried shortly after cultivation. The fine white hairs can be seen all over each leaf, indicating its freshness and quality. Once the ball of green tea is met with near-boiling water the leaves slowly blossom open to beautiful jasmine flowers tied in an arch over a large suspended lily flower. The resulting tea is refreshing and delicate in flavour. A glass can be used to re-infuse the blossoming tea leaves several times before the flavour runs out.
