This high-grade green tea has been gently tied together and lightly dried shortly after cultivation. The fine white hairs can be seen all over each leaf, indicating its freshness and quality. Once the ball of green tea is met with near-boiling water the leaves unfold into a towering display of jasmine and lily flowers. As the jasmine flowers stretch upward yellow osmanthus petals slowly begin floating towards the top. The resulting tea is refreshing and delicate in flavour. A glass can be used to re-infuse the blossoming tea leaves several times before the flavour runs out.
