This high-grade green tea has been gently tied together and lightly dried shortly after cultivation. The fine white hairs can be seen all over each leaf, indicating its freshness and quality. Once the ball of green tea is met with near-boiling water the leaves slowly blossom into a basket of fine green tea revealing an elegant flower arrangement. The basket's base begins with marigold petals and continue up a stream of rising jasmine flowers topped with a globe amaranth. The resulting tea is refreshing and delicate in flavour. A glass can be used to re-infuse the blossoming tea leaves several times before the flavour runs out.
