This oolong of Xiang Hua area in Anxi county offers a balanced cup with a light jade-green hue. The texture is silky-smooth and the refreshing taste lingers in the mouth long after the last cup. It is several grades above our other Xiang Hua picking and this will be clearly noticeable in the strength of the aroma and the overall lasting power from infusion to infusion. This picking is particularly rich, with darker overtones than our other Tie Guan Yin teas.
