Our finest jasmine tea is made by twisting together long downy leaf-bud sets and rolling them by hand into pearls. They are then scented five to seven times with fresh, aromatic jasmine flowers. The fine white down-coated pearls blossom beautifully in the cup producing an exquisitely fragrant tea that maintains its aroma even after eight infusions!
