Blackberries couldn't prove a better fit for the dark-mellow and wholesome mouth-feel of our 1st grade Pu'er. These two aromas form the most natural pairing ever; maybe equal only to our Blackberry Shuixian oolong. The blackberries robust sweet and sour taste match well with this pu'er and should make for an interesting twist on a very traditional-style tea.
