Blossoming teas are called Art Teas in Chinese because their general function is to use tea leaves in hot water to display something beautiful. Additionally, the hand-made knots of tea and other ingredients is itself an art. However, the art teas that are offered on the Golden Teahouse are for drinking first, art appreciation second. Too many blossoming teas float through the market that are made with low quality leaves and our supply should change this.
