Make this tea easily in a mug, with two teaspoons of leaves topped up with comfortably hot water - not boiling at all - (keep topping it up as you drink), or ideally, prepare it Gongfu style in a Gaiwan or small teapot. Add between two and three teaspoons for each cup of hot water used.
