Apple is a tough taste to pair with quality loose teas. Tie Guan Yin and Apple was only a lucky accident! With new Tie Guan Yins fresh from the farms arriving at Golden Teahouse and having just experimented with a large amount of apple essential oils, the room was overcome with such a unique and delicate balance. Both of these bright flavours translate extremely well once combined and steeped. The strength and balance is also able to last through many infusions.
